There are several different time spans shown below, from 1-day to see detailed changes in flow rate, up to the entire season. The sap amount is reset everyday at midnight to allow for easier daily comparisons. There is a reference line, of 1 gallon per hour, for the sap flow rate [shown in red], the maximum expected flow rate for 10 taps is about 2 gallons per hour. The amount of sap shown in these graphs is based on 10 taps.
